Application Fees

Each application must be accompanied by the $25 application fee (The non-refundable application fee check will be deposited on receipt). Applicants may choose to pay online by credit card or they may pay by check made payable to The Village at Copper.

Commission Artists

20% Commission Option: payment will be collected at the close of the festival, September 1 at 6:00pm.

Outdoor Art Exhibitors

  • Artists are required to exhibit on August 31st & September 1st from 10am-6pm. On August 30th it is optional to exhibit from 3pm-7pm during the Fine Art Reception. Take down may not begin until 6pm on September 2nd.

  • Artists will be provided with a 10' X 10' booth space. One exhibitor may purchase two 10' X 10' spaces if they need more room. You must provide your own tents and weights. These are outdoor booth spaces - we urge exhibitors to bring tarps to cover their work in the event of bad weather. There will be no refunds due to inclement weather. Electricity is available to outdoor artists for an additional fee of $45.00.
